Hello

I have received a 'Welcome [OSIS User]' email saying "You are now subscribed to
OSIS-user".   But how do I post a message?  There is a login form on
...whi.wts.edu/OSIS/user-area, but I do not have a username and password and I
cannot see any way for a new user to register a username and password.

Welcome! Well, you just *did* post a message to osis-user. Registering
for a username and password is unnecessary.

Simply send your message to osis-user(at)whi.wts.edu, and it is mailed out
to all subscribers.
