I had sent an email to

with an attached file of corrections for the User Manual, on 3/8/2006, but  I 
never got any response.  Is there a problem with attachments?  Or is  there 
another way I could send it?

Sorry for the delayed response! I have been out due to some routine 
medical tests and simply overlooked it.

If you don't mind, I will incorporate your suggestions in an errata 
document for now, simply to get them up quickly, perhaps as early as 
next week.

I can then fold them into a somewhat larger revision later this year.

We are discussing setting a quarterly cycle for releases, corrections 
and this is a perfect start for a corrections release.
