I was following some of the examples in the 2.1 User Manual, while building
an OSIS document, using XMYSpy 2006 Home Edition and the 2.1 Schema locally.
When validating the document, <identifier>, <publisher> and
<contributor>
were not allowed in the <header>, even though they were listed among the
element helpers. It also would not accept <x-publisher>. All three
element are
important, and I need to know how to mark them up.
Also, <head> was not allowed in a <div>, but <title> worked.
Some of the examples don't seem to correspond to the specification. For
example, in the <w> section, the example uses <word>.
