Problem with parsing of shema 1.5 and 2.0 in java

Standartized mapping to HTML "class" attribute

I suggest to standartize mapping from "type" and "subType" attributes into
HTML "class" attribute. It would make possible to provide stylesheets
together with OSIS document.
